Refund Policy

• First purchase: If Pro isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
• Plans that renew: If you choose a Pro plan that renews automatically, you can cancel at any time to stop future payments. We don't offer refunds for renewal payments that have already been charged, but you keep Pro until the end of that period.
• How to ask: Email us at support@m4bconverter.com with the email address you used for PayPal and the date of your payment.
• How long it takes: We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent back through PayPal right away; PayPal usually shows them in your account within 5 business days, depending on your payment method.
